Aim of the work : The objectives of the study were aiming to test Knowledge Attitude and Practice (KAP) of women attending to the antenatal clinic for follow up in their third trimester to encourage and help working women to practice breastfeeding . To emphasize the importance of exclusive breastfeeding in first six months of life to teach them to express their breast milk and feed it to baby by cup and spoon when the mother is away
