Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Analytical Chemistry Summary: The present work aims to present new spectrophotometric and conductimetric methods for determination of drotaverine hydrochloride, mebeverine hydrochloride, dicyclomine hydrochloride and tiemonium methylsulfate by using tetra-thiocyanato cobaltate and ammonium reineckate as ion-associate forming reagents. The spectrophotometric methods are based on extraction of the formed colored ion-associates in suitable solvent followed by measuring the absorbance values at their corresponding maximum wavelengths
