This study was conducted to determine the effect of whole body vibration (WBV) on postmenopausal hypertension. Sixty hypertensive postmenopausal women aged 50-55 years participated in this study. They were randomly distributed into two groups: control group received medical treatment in the form of capoten 25mg once daily for one month and study group received the same medical treatment and engaged in a program of WBV training, 2 times/week for one month
