Chronic heart failure patients usually have diaphragmatic weakness as a result of decreased blood supply and over activation of muscle ergo receptors. As a result dyspnea or breathlessness is the earliest and most frequent symptom in chronic heart failure. This study was designed to determine the response of maximum inspiratory pressure to cardiac rehabilitation program in chronic heart failure patients
