Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Andrology and S.T.Ds Summary: Aim in this work we aimed to find a way to induce spermatogenesis in those maturation arrest TESE negative normogonadotropic cases . Results : After taking a hormonal treatment (HCG and HMG) of at least 6 months and reaching in some cases up to one year a semen analysis was done and 9 were found producing sperms at the ejaculate in which only 2 cases had usable sperms for ICSI
