Objective : To determine the efficacy of endoscopic management of benign ureteral and 2ry uretero-pelvic strictures . Either by dilatation or incision of the stricture site as an alternative to open surgical repair. Results : The procedure was considered a technical success if there was no radiographic evidence of a stricture or if hydronephrosis improved on the sonographic examination
