Isolation of Candida spp. was performed throughout May. 2010 to April, 2012. Via 713 clinical and environmental specimens collected from Cairo University hospitals (Aboelresh Pediatric Hospital (Japanese) and Elmounira Pediatric Hospital), 69 Candida positive specimens were obtained. It was found that the children of few days old, males and those received more than one antibiotic were the most susceptibe to Candida infection
