Malignant pleural mesoyhelioma (MPM) is an uncommon tumor. The clinical presentation of mesothelioma, especially if in the early phase, is insidious and not specific [1]. Dyspnea is the predominant symptom, in general secondary to tumour with effusion, when the disease becomes advanced.
