The co-precipitation method was used for syntheses the compounds Nd₀.₆Sr₀.₄Mn{u036F}Co1-xO₃ (x = 0.0, 0.3, 0.7 and 1) from pure chlorides as rew materials. The samples were annealed at 750 {u00B0}C and 850 {u00B0}C for 12 h. the compositions stoichiometry crystallizes in single-phase ortho-perovskite and crystalline size have been investigated using some available techniques such as EDXS, XRD and SEM to lie between 15.5 and 147.4 nm. the semiconductor behavior was noted for all samples without annealing and the resistivity of the non annealed samples is higher than the annealed one 7600 times
