Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Oncology-Clinical Summary: In compares of FOLFIRINOX to Gemciabine group according to treatment line, we find that the ORR to FOLFIRINOX was 45% versus 10% in Gemcitabine arm also overall survival was 11 months versus 7 months although the toxicity of this protocol was greater than Gemcitabine, but all was manageable and tolerable
