The Wnt pathway is important in the control of bone formation through regulation of osteoblast activity. Selerostin is an important regulator of regulation of osteoblast activity. Selerostin is an important regulator of the Wnt pathway by blocking Wnt binding to its receptor and therapy inhibiting bone formation
