In this work we discussed the percutaneous spine fixtion in lumbar fractures and degenerative change . This study included 18 patients with 16 traumatic lumbar fractures and 2 degenerative spondylolithesis. These parients were treated by Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation using CD horizon ® sextant spinal system and two degenerative cases also with TLIF
