Inflammatory breast cancer is a rare type of breast cancer that develops rapidly, making the affected breast red, swallowen and tender. It occurs when cancer cells block the lymphatic vessels of the breast, it constitutes 1-2% of primary breast cancer but its incidence is increasing. IBC should be considered as a separate entity. Nestin, CD44, CD133 and SOX2 can be considered stem cell markers in IBC
