Epithelial ovarian cancer account for more than 90% of all ovarian cancer. And the sixth most common cancer in women. The median interval to first recurrence is 18 to 24 months in ovarian cancer. Comprehensive management using surgical cytoreduction to decrease the tumor load to a minimum, and intraperitoneal chemotherapy to eliminate microscopic disease on peritoneal surface have an impact on survival in ovarian cancer patients
