Anaemia is a common blood disorder that mainly affects of reproductive age with a high impact on the body functions and working capacity. Resistance exercise was recommended as non invasive way to prevent the serious complications that occur with anaemia. This study was conducted to assess the effect of resistance training on red blood cells (RBCs) in anaemic young girls
