Therefore, the aim of this study was to apply quality by design (QbD) for developing an orally disintegrating tablets (ODTs) containing a low therapeutic dose of an improved for of AC-SD (Aceclofenac solid dispersion) and Ranitidine HCl as a gastro protectant for management of gastro-intestinal side effects
