Background and purpose : Cervical spondylosis affects both men and women 60% of the population older than 45 years old and 80% older than 65 years old . Neck and pain radicular symptoms and vertigo are most common complaint . Purpose :To compare between laser with isometric strengthening exercise and ultrasonic with isometric strengthening exercise on vertebral artery blood flow and degree of vertigo in patients with cervical disc degeneration
