Aim of the study: To detect the effect of platelet rich plasma in the implanted osteoporotic bone in rabbits. Material and method: Twenty four new Zealand white mature female rabbits weighing 3-4 kg were used for this study. The rabbits received tibial implants after forty five days and were divided into 3 groups. Two were fed on bran bread to induce osteoporosis and the second group receive implant with PRP and the third one fed on normal diet
