Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Zoology
The present work aimed to study the lethality percentile doses, bioaccumulation, and genotoxicity of aluminium (AI), as nanoalumina, in some tissues of male albino rats as well as to evaluate the effects of nanoalumina on some biochemical, haematolgical, and histological changes during acute and sub-lethal experiments. The estimated median lethal dose (LD₅₀) of nanoalumina after 24 and 48 h were 15.10 and 12.88 mg/g b. wt, respectively
