In the last decade, infrapopliteal angioplasty has gained popularity as a primary treatment of critical limb ischaemia with satisfactory limb salvage by the continuous refining of the tools and avoiding the factors of failure. Our study based on assessment of different endovascular modalities (plain old balloon angioplasty or drug eluting balloon angioplasty ± drug eluting stenting) aided by limb salvage rate and patency rates
