The adaptability, shear bond strength, biocompatibility of 2Seal sealer, perma evolution and AH plus as well as their effects on the enterococcus {u0083}secalis, were evaluated. The shear bond strength was tested on the Lloyd testing machine results showed that perma sealer recorded the highest shear bond strength followed by 2Seal sealer then came the AH plus sealer
