The aim of this study was to explain infant feeding practices during the first six months of life and highlight factors that affect exclusive breastfeeding for complete 6 months. Conclusions : Initiation rates of BF are high but rates of exclusive BF are low and duration of BF is short. Social and medical support system are required to improve duration and exclusivity of BF
