The aim of this study was to compare between the impact of continuous versus interval training on white blood cell count in hypertensive patients. Forty sedentary hypertensive patients with increased level of white blood cell count as a result participated in the study, their ages ranged from 45 to 55 years and their BMI ranged from 25-29.9 kg/m². The patients were divided randomly into two equal groups
