The thesis present a comparative study on numerical simulation using smoothed particle hydrodynamics method . The method is mathematically discussed and numerically applied by MATLAB ® to heat transfer and fluid dynamics cases . The SPH results are compared to mesh- based methods through analytical solutions as references for accuracy and time consumption
