Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Department of Microbiology Summary: A total of 257 samples from imported and native ducks samples were collected from market and samples which submitted to reference lab for veterinary quality control on poultry production in Egypt and examined for presence of campylobacter microorganism. The results revealed that the campylobacter microorganism was detected in 14.4% of examined samples by using standerd isolation method
