This in vitro study was conducted to investigate the possibility of improving the adaptation of four different form of Gutta - Percha filling techniques (lateral condensation , thermo - mechanical , thermo - plasticized , and Thermafil) as root - end filling , using two Laser wave length Nd : YAP 143æm and CO2 Laser 10600 nmEach group (42 samples) represented by a filling technique were divided into three sub - group , a) No - Laser , b) Nd : YAP Laser , and c) CO2 LaserFrom each sub - group two samples were investigated by scanning electron microscope to observe the adaptation , and 12 samples using dye penetration and clearance test to measure linear dye penetration
