Our study included 85 patients with SUI "mainly pure" with no POP-Q greater than stage 1, no large post voiding residual urine nor underwent concomitant pelvic or genital surgery. The evaluation included full medical history including voiding diary, characterizing the type and severity of the SUI systemic physical examination including cough stress test
