In this study we presented ten cases with post laparoscopic cholecystectomy bile leak with variable aetiology and presentation. All presented cases in this study and have been managed by either endoscopic or minimally invesive approach. We advocated an algorithm which- we believe- will guide the surgeon for management of patients presented with post laparoscopic cholecystectomy bile leak
