This study was carried out in the tissue culture research laboratory horticulture research institute during the period from 2006 to 2013 . The main objective of this work was to set out the applicable protocol for the most efficient techniques to propagate seedless watermelon (cv. valdoria) in vitro and the most suitable media for the adaptation of plantlets in vivo
