Type 2 diabetes and fatty liver are common problems in obese persons and have serious complications. To investigate the efficacy of moderate aerobic exercises on blood glucose and alanine aminotransferase levels in type 2 diabetic fany liver patients. Forty patients with type 2 diabetes and fatty liver from both genders (8 male and 32 females) participated in this study
