Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Oral Surgery Summary: This study was conducted on 77 patients, whose data were prospectively collected from 3 educational hospital in the Cairo governorate, namely Ahmed Maher, Almattareya, and Alsahel educational hospitals; over a period of one year to statistically evaluate the following data: 1- Patient's age. 2- Incidence of fracture in each facial bone. 3- Etiology of the fracture. 4- Diagnostic modalities. 5- Treatment patterns. 6- Post - operative complications
