There has been an increased interest in the intranasal delivery as an alternative to the oral and parentral delivery for many systemic drugs . Based on this the feasibility of developing an efficacious intranasal formulation of the potent antiemetic drug ondansetron HCI has been undertaken in this study. The ultimate goal is to circumvent the first- pass elimination of the drug when taken orally
