This work aimed to measure CD146+T-lymphocytes and assess arterial stiffness through measurement of pulse wave velocity (PWV), also intima thickness (IMT) and ankle brachial index to evaluate the use of these non invasive methods for prediction of early vascular affection in SLE patients who didn't develop symptoms of any vascular disease yet and to detect the outcome
