Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Endodontcs Summary: The purpose of the present study was to quantify the amount of microleakage of root canal filling using glucose leakage test, and compare the seal obtained by gutta-percha and resilon root filling material with three different epoxy resin sealers (AH Plus, MM-Seal, EZ Fill). Ninety six single rooted teeth were standardized by removing the coronal portion of all teeth at cementoenamel junction and prepared using manual ProTaper files to size F5 then irrigated with 17% EDTA and NaOCI to remove the smear layer

The purpose of the present study was to quantify the amount of microleakage of root canal filling using glucose leakage test, and compare the seal obtained by gutta-percha and resilon root filling material with three different epoxy resin sealers (AH Plus, MM-Seal, EZ Fill).
