The environmental fate and genotoxicity of titanium dioxide(TiO₂) nanoparticles is a rapidly expanding area of research. There is a paucity of information regarding toxic effect of TiO₂ nanoparticles in vivo. The present study focuses on the possible mutagenicity in p53 and Ha-ras genes after exposure to different doses and treatments of TiO₂ nanoparticles in Mus musculus mice
