Twenty six nodulating rhizobial isolates wew collected, purified and screened for their symbiotic effectiveness under greenhouse conditions with peanut cultivar, Giza 6. there were a positive symbiotic interactions between the tested rhizobial isolates/strains with peanut cultivar, compared to the un-inoculated control
