Objective : To assess the association between VDR Bsm 1 (G/A) gene polymorphism and hepatocellular carcinoma in Egyptian . Also determination of serm vitamin D concentration in relation to different genotypes and in relation to disease activity . Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that VDR Bsm 1 (G/A) gene polymorphisms does not exhibit a significant influence on HCC susceptibility in Egyptian patients
