Objective : To investigate features and controversial aspects of the borderline ovarian tumor . Results : A total of 66 patients were identified the median age was 38 years . The most frequent stage was IA (62.7%) with a prevalence of serous histotype . The CA 125 level was abnomrmal in 70.6% of the patients
