Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Craniofacial tissue engineering promises the regeneration or de novo formation of craniofacial structures lost due to congenital anomalies, trauma, or diseases. Bone is one of the important structures to be regenerated. The generation of induced pluripotent stem cells provides the opportunity to use patient - specific somatic cells, which are a valuable source for disease modeling and drug discovery
