Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Prosthodontics
The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of surface modification on ceramometal bond strength of a titanium based system. Results The use of HCL acid solutions did not improve titanium - ceramic shear bond strength values when compared to the control group that represented the manufacturer 's protocol. The use of HNO3 -HF acid solution improved titanium - ceramic shear bond strength values when compared to the control and HCL group
