Congenial clubfoot is a common foot deformity consists of cavus, adductus, varus, and equinus. The treatment is mainly conservative. The most commonly used is Ponseti method. It consists of treatment phase of serial manipulation and casting at weekly interval, and maintenance phase of wearing foot brace. Other methods are: French functional, modified copenhagen, and outpatient tapping methods. Surgical treatment is indicated for cases not responding to conservative treatment and relapsed cases. Clubfoot surgeries consist of release of contracted soft tissues, foot bone osteotomies and external fixators
