Shoulder impingement syndrome is one of the most common causes of shoulder pain and usually occurs in the middle aged and elderly individuals accounting for 44 {u2013} 65% of all complaints of shoulder pain during a physician's office visit. The study compared between the effect of low level laser accompanied with selected program of stretching and strengthening exercises versus salicylate phonophoresis accompanied with the same selected program of stretching and strengthening exercises in treatment of shoulder impingement syndrome
