Different methods for the determination of three skeletal muscle reaxants namely chlorzoxazone , orphenadrine citrate and tizanidine hydrochloride in pure were applied including charge transfer reaction as in the spectrophotometric determination of orphenadrine citrate using iodine and 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 - tetrachloro - p - benzoquinone (p - chloranil)
