Depending on the developed HGP method, these triangles nodes are optimized to reach uniform stress among the structure. Examples and sample applications are employed for comparisons with other topology optimization methods.

Different types of 2D Finite Element triangles are developed to be used in optimizing the thickness of a mechanical structure. Depending on the developed HGP method, these triangles nodes are optimized to reach uniform stress among the structure.
