The aim of the present study was to compare three resin based root canal sealers (Top Seal, EZ Fill and Perma Evolution), in terms of sealing ability surface adaptability and antibacterial effect. Eighty one, freshly extracted human maxillary molars were selected. Rotary nickel titanium ProTaper system was used to prepare the root canals. The samples were then divided into 3 groups (n = 27) according to the sealer used. Twenty four roots were selected from each group for the sealing ability part and the rest (3 roots) for the evaluation of adaptability
