To repost the experience of the Egyptian National Cancer Institute (ENCI) in managing GCTs. This retrospective study that included 75 cases with male and female GCTs presenting to the NCI between 2006 and 2010. The medical files were accessible for 54 cases only 72%. The median age for the whole group (WGCTs), males (MGCTs) and females (FGCTs) were 28, 30 and 23 years, respectively
