Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Department of Internal Medicine and Infection Diseases Summary: Biochemical profile showed increase Muscle enzymes and BUN. This study was carried on 107 endurance horses (over 6years old). Incidence, this study investigates physiology of endurance horses competing in warm weather and changes to hematology and biochemistry due to training effect, horses were divided to 2 groups Group I: before and after training physical examination, hematology, biochemistry and pH were measured and compared with control horses, effect of training, physical exam of training horses increase all parameters. All Hematological parameters showed increase. Biochemical profile showed decrease K+ and Bicarb. And increase the other parameters pH is little alkalotic.
