  • عمل مجسات بيولوجية نانوية لتحديد السموم الفطرية فى الأغذية [Added title page title]
Subject(s): Available additional physical forms:
  • Issued also as CD
Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Biophysics Summary: Colloidal gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are being extensively used in various applications due to their stability, controlled geometrical, optical, and surface chemical properties. Till these days the diversity of publications have include AuNPs in biosensoric and genomic, and immunoassays, etc. In present work AuNPs were used as a probe for detection of AFB1 in food matrices. AuNPs were synthesized by chemical reduction method and characterized by spectrophotometer, dynamic light scattering, electrophoretic light scattering, TEM, XRD. The AuNPs shows 30±5 nm with reliable stability (- 39 mV). AuNPs - anti AFB1 conjugate were designed by chemical conjugation
