  • Issued also as CD
Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Ophthalmology Summary: Anterior segment optical coherence tomography is used to measure central corneal thickness, detect and measure corneal power and astigmatism, detect presence and depth of corneal thickness, measure anterior chamber angle, detect papillary membrane, measure iris thickness, and measure anterior chamber depth. This is a cross sectional study to evaluate the anterior chamber inflammatory reactions in cases of uveitis using the anterior segment optical coherence tomography. There was a highly statistically significant narrowing of the anterior chamber angle in the mean value of the patients group than that found in the normal controlled group
