This study aimed at evaluating motor nerve regeneration using stem cells inside guided tubes for the purpose of developing a rationale for a minimal morbidity promising procedure with most acceptable cosmetic and functional results for patients with Facial Nerve affections. Nine adult mongrel dogs were included in this study, animals were generally anaesthized and a gap of 3 cm was made on the buccal branch of right side of facial nerve and also on the left side as a 2control side3, Total population of mononuclear cells containing mesenchymal stem cells were separated from whole bone marrow using gradient separation method in which cells are separated according to the cell size using ficoll
